How to prepare for your massage?

  • Whether you choose a therapeutic or relaxing massage, allow enough time to fully unwind and avoid rushing before or after the session. This will help you get the maximum benefit from the treatment.
  • Before the massage, have a light meal, preferably no later than 3 hours before your appointment. Avoid heavy foods, especially before an intensive therapeutic massage, to prevent discomfort during the session.
  • On the day of your appointment, wear comfortable clothing. At Bali SPA, we provide all necessary accessories – disposable underwear, towels, slippers, and other essentials awaiting you at the salon.
  • Arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled time to calmly fill out the treatment form, enjoy a cup of aromatic tea, and discuss your massage expectations with the therapist.
